Valley
Exploring Philadelphia and its Countryside by rail offers a unique
look at one of the most historic and scenic areas in the Commonwealth.
Take in the Brandywine Valley on a winding rail tour, or explore
Chester and Delaware counties on the West Chester Railroad - or,
for a little intrigue, be a part of their Murder Mystery Trains!
Brandywine
Scenic Railroad
The Brandywine offers two rides, each lasting approximately an hour
and fifteen minutes. The scenery is mostly rural, and the rail lines
are among the most unusual anywhere, with numerous S-curves and
only an occasional straight stretch.
New
Hope and Ivyland Railroad
As you travel through the rolling hills and valleys of Bucks County,
you'll experience all the sounds and romance of the "Golden
Steam Era." Enjoy 50-minute narrated rides through scenic Bucks
County.
West
Chester Railroad Company
The line operates a one hour trip between West Chester and Glen
Mills. The route is heavily wooded, and deer, foxes, and hawks are
often visible.
Welcome
Line Trolley
The two-and-a-half mile run operates during holiday seasons and
for special occasions.
